About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to provide mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $30–$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers receive clients through the company and work without gym rent or sales quotas. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, recertification discounts, recognition programs, and potential growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. The specialist designs and delivers personalized training, motivates clients, tracks progress, and manages sessions and client communication using mobile and web applications. The role requires a nationally recognized personal training certification, CPR/AED certification, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between sessions. This franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage the training schedule efficiently.
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
Collaborate with the team.
