About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $30–$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers receive paid onboarding, ongoing development, and support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals, with opportunities to grow into Master Trainer and leadership roles. The position involves creating personalized programs, conducting reassessments, managing sessions and client communication through mobile and web apps, and representing GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Hold CPR/AED certification; this is required.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage the schedule efficiently.
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
Collaborate with a supportive team.
