About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and the opportunity to train clients without working from a traditional gym. The specialist will design personalized programs, conduct reassessments, manage their schedule and client communications, and motivate clients while tracking their progress. The position also involves collaborating with a supportive team and representing GYMGUYZ’s core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE).

Compensation is $33–$40 per hour, with performance or sales bonuses. The posting describes flexible part-time to full-time options, paid onboarding and ongoing development, potential advancement into Master Trainer and leadership roles, recertification discounts, recognition programs, and support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals. Requirements

• Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
• Maintain CPR/AED certification.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
• Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy training sessions in clients’ homes and at on-site locations.
