In-Home Female Exercise Specialist

About The Position
GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and other organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time to full-time options, and autonomy to train clients without operating out of a gym. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, with performance bonuses and growth opportunities. The franchise provides clients, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals.
Requirements
- Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
- Be CPR/AED certified.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
- Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
- Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Conduct client reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage the training schedule efficiently.
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
- Collaborate with the team.
