About The Position

Luxury Bath of Pittsburgh, a division of Stillwater Bath, is hiring an In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative) for the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area and surrounding communities. The company provides stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bathroom remodeling solutions to improve homeowners’ homes. In this outside sales role, the consultant meets with pre-qualified homeowners, designs customized bathroom remodeling solutions, and guides customers through the purchasing process. Compensation is commission-based, with stated annual earnings of $100,000–$250,000+.

Requirements

Three or more years of sales experience is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and sales software.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh market and surrounding communities.

Nice To Haves

Previous in-home sales or home improvement industry experience is highly preferred.
