About The Position

Molly Maid of Surrounding Richmond is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to convert warm, inbound homeowner leads into recurring cleaning customers. The representative responds promptly to leads, schedules and conducts in-home estimates using a company car, presents services, closes sales, and follows up with prospects who need more time to decide. The role also includes arranging one-time cleaning services and working to convert those customers into recurring clients, maintaining accurate lead and customer records in the scheduling system, and helping with launch, laundry, and office tasks as needed. This is a fully in-person, full-time, weekday position from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights. Compensation is $17 per hour plus monthly bonuses for new recurring customers beyond the monthly goal.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or in-home consultation experience.
• Clear, confident communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Comfort using scheduling or CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort entering customers’ homes, handling objections, asking for the sale, and following up independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads within minutes by phone, text, and email.
• Book, confirm, and conduct in-home estimates using the company car.
• Present services and sign up recurring cleaning customers.
• Follow up with prospects who need time to decide.
• Schedule one-time cleans, such as move-in, move-out, and special-occasion services, and follow up to convert those customers into recurring clients.
• Keep lead and customer records up to date in the scheduling system.
• Help with launch, laundry, and office tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• $17 per hour plus a monthly bonus of $100–$150 for every new recurring customer brought on beyond the monthly goal.
