About The Position
Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to clients in the McKinney, Texas area. The current opening is Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; other shifts are also available in the area. The role involves helping clients with daily living activities, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. The caregiver communicates with clients, families, and the care team, reports changes in clients’ health or well-being, and follows company policies and procedures. Requirements
- At least one year of previous caregiving experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

- Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
- Incontinence care experience.
- Experience assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and personal care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or well-being to management.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare and serve meals according to clients’ dietary needs and restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, sweeping, and dusting.
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other members of the care team.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
