About The Position

Clear Path Home Care is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to clients in the Dallas/McKinney area. This opening is for weekend work only, with multiple openings and a variety of schedules and hours available. Part-time, full-time, and PRN opportunities are mentioned. Available assignments may be 4, 8, or 12 hours; actual schedules depend on client needs, available assignments, and caregiver availability. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour, and pay is weekly. The caregiver supports clients with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. The role also requires communicating with clients, their families, and the care team, reporting changes in clients’ health or well-being, and following company policies and procedures. Requirements

At least one year of previous caregiving experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
Incontinence care experience.
Experience assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and personal care.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or well-being to management.
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Prepare and serve meals according to clients’ dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, sweeping, and dusting.
Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other members of the care team.
Follow company policies and procedures.
