About The Position

Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to clients in the Denton, Texas area. Multiple openings are available, with part-time, full-time, and PRN opportunities and varying schedules and hours. Assignments may be 4, 8, or 12 hours and may include weekdays or weekends; actual schedules depend on client needs, available assignments, and caregiver availability. Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour, with competitive hourly wages and weekly pay. The caregiver assists clients with daily living and personal care, provides companionship and emotional support, prepares meals, performs light housekeeping, and helps clients get to appointments, errands, and recreational activities. The role also includes observing and reporting changes in clients' health or well-being, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, communicating with clients, families, and the care team, and following company policies and procedures. Requirements

At least one year of previous caregiving experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care.
Incontinence care experience.
Experience assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and personal care.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or well-being to management.
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, sweeping, and dusting.
Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other members of the care team.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
