About The Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring caregivers to support clients in their homes in the Frankfort, Michigan area. The role focuses on helping people remain independent, connected, and confident at home through personal assistance, household tasks, transportation, and companionship. Caregivers build relationships with clients and support their routines, interests, and independence.

The employer offers flexible part-time, full-time, and seasonal schedules, with shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours and morning, evening, weekend, and overnight availability. Pay is $20–$23 per hour plus a gas allowance, and travel time between clients is paid. Paid training and growth opportunities are offered.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Be comfortable working independently.
• Be compassionate and dependable.

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus but is not required; training is provided.
• CNA or HHA credentials are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and daily routines.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
