About The Position

Care to Stay Home is hiring in-home caregivers across North Idaho to help seniors and other individuals maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes. Caregivers provide personalized, compassionate one-on-one assistance and build meaningful relationships with clients. The company offers full-time and part-time opportunities based on caregiver availability and client needs, with efforts to match caregivers to opportunities suited to their experience and geographic preferences. Locations include Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum, and Athol. Pay is $17–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Training and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
Willingness to learn and develop caregiving skills.
Ability to meet applicable Idaho background screening and employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience is preferred; experience caring for a family member, working with seniors, or supporting individuals with disabilities is valuable.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Prepare meals and provide nutritional support.
Assist with mobility and fall prevention.
Provide medication reminders.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Run grocery-shopping errands and provide transportation as authorized.
Provide dementia care and other specialized care based on training and experience.
