Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Dependable and takes schedule seriously
• Enjoys working with seniors
• Patient, compassionate, and respectful
• Can communicate effectively with clients, families, and office team
• Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Negative TB test and Basic Health Screening
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening and onboarding

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping
• Assisting with errands and transportation when applicable
• Supporting clients with their daily routines
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Providing dependable, respectful, one-on-one care

Benefits

• $16.00–$19.00/hour based on experience and assignment
