About The Position

Home Instead is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support older adults in their homes in Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Independence, Seven Hills, North Royalton, Richfield, Sagamore Hills, Macedonia, Hinckley, and surrounding communities. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while building meaningful one-on-one relationships. No certification is required, and training is provided. The role offers full-time, part-time, and weekend schedules.

Requirements

• Be compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Be willing to learn and provide quality care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• STNAs, CNAs, HHAs, and individuals new to caregiving are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Support mobility and provide medication reminders.
• Communicate with the office and document care.
