In-Home Caregiver Paid Training
About The Position
FirstLight Home Care of Greater Lansing is hiring in-home caregivers to help older adults remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. The role serves Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, and surrounding communities, with full-time and part-time opportunities and daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Pay is $16–$18 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Caregivers provide companionship and meaningful conversation; assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care; prepare meals and help with light housekeeping; support safe mobility and transfers; and assist people living with dementia or Parkinson's disease. They follow each client's care plan and communicate with the care team. Paid hands-on training is provided, and prior professional caregiving experience is not required. Requirements

- Meet applicable background screening requirements.
