About The Position

Care to Stay Home is hiring weekend caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients in the Post Falls area. Two consistent daytime assignments are available, and applicants will generally be considered for one assignment based on availability, experience, and client needs. One assignment serves a male veteran on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; the other serves a female client on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Compensation is $17–$22 per hour. Caregivers support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life. Depending on the client’s care plan, duties may include companionship, personal care, assistance with daily routines, meal preparation, mobility assistance, fall prevention, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Caregivers are expected to treat clients with dignity, compassion, and respect. The agency is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the local agency.
