About The Position

CareGivers NW provides non-medical in-home care in Oregon, Idaho, and California. The caregiver provides companionship and emotional support, helps clients move safely, performs light housekeeping, plans and prepares meals, assists with errands and grocery shopping, and supports personal care and hygiene.

Requirements

• Knowledge of personal care and basic housekeeping, or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• A respectful, patient, and ethical approach to care.
• Caregiver experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support mobility and safe ambulation.
