About The Position

CareGivers NW provides non-medical in-home care in Oregon, Idaho, and California. The company emphasizes caregiver-focused support through its “Circle of Care” approach: caring for caregivers so they can care for clients. The In Home Caregiver provides companionship and emotional support, assists with mobility and personal care, performs light housekeeping, prepares meals, and helps with errands and grocery shopping.

Requirements

• Knowledge of personal care and basic housekeeping, or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• A respectful, patient, and ethical approach to care.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiver experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
