About The Position

Care to Stay Home is hiring weekend caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients in the Post Falls area. Two Saturday and Sunday daytime assignments are available: one serving a male veteran from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and another serving a female client from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The shifts overlap, so applicants are generally considered for one assignment based on availability, experience, and client needs. The role offers consistent weekend scheduling, local client assignments, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping clients maintain independence and quality of life. Pay is $17–$22 per hour.

Requirements

• Be compassionate, reliable, and dependable.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work independently in a client's home.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Meet applicable Idaho caregiver employment and background screening requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
