In-Home Caregiver / CNA / HHA / PCA – Hiring Now
About The Position
Caring Senior Service of McAllen is hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home support to seniors in Harlingen, San Benito, and nearby communities. We offer flexible scheduling with day, night, weekend, and PRN shifts, including 4, 8, and 12-hour options. The pay range is $9–$12/hour, based on experience, shift assignment, and client needs. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience (CNA preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient approach to caregiving
- Ability to read and write in English

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and daily interaction
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Assist with errands and provide transportation to appointments when needed
- Observe changes in a client’s condition and communicate updates to the care team
