About The Position

Huckeye Healthcare is hiring an In-Home Care Provider in Houston, Texas, to assist an individual with daily living activities in the comfort of their home. The role involves providing practical assistance, companionship, and support for the individual’s comfort, independence, and well-being. Pay is $12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Keep the home clean, neat, and organized through light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to the individual’s preferences and dietary needs.
• Wash, dry, fold, and put away clothing and linens.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed and agreed upon.
• Provide medication reminders according to the individual’s established care plan, if authorized.
• Assist with everyday activities and routines to promote comfort, independence, and well-being.
• Provide friendly conversation, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction.
• Communicate changes in the individual’s condition or needs to the appropriate family member or supervisor.
