The Improvement Advisor provides consultation, education, technical assistance, and quality improvement support to dialysis facilities and health care partners to improve clinical outcomes, patient safety, and the overall quality of kidney care. The role collaborates with dialysis facility leadership, nurses, interdisciplinary care teams, and other stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, implement evidence-based practices, and support measurable improvements in patient care. The ideal candidate has direct experience working in a dialysis facility, a strong understanding of dialysis operations and patient care, and a demonstrated interest in quality improvement. Experience with kidney transplantation initiatives or ESRD Network programs is highly desirable. The position is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones. Regular collaboration with health care providers, dialysis facilities, and internal project teams is required; occasional travel may be needed for facility visits, stakeholder meetings, training, or other project activities.
