About The Position

FUNDINGO is seeking an Implementation Manager to join its Delivery team. The role owns client implementations from post-sale kickoff through training and go-live, serving as the primary client contact during onboarding and managing timelines, scope, risks, communication, and platform configuration to meet business needs. The manager handles multiple concurrent implementations, independently leads client working sessions, and answers most client questions. The role partners with a Solutions Consultant for complex or unique requirements, edge cases, best practices, and situations beyond standard functionality. FUNDINGO is a Salesforce-native loan management platform supporting the lending lifecycle, including origination, servicing, accounting, borrower management, and workflow automation. Its customers include non-bank and private lenders, CDFIs, financial institutions, and organizations with complex lending operations. Implementations can be complex and highly configurable, requiring coordination across customers, project managers, implementation resources, product experts, engineering, QA, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in product implementation, business analysis, consulting, technical support, or technical problem-solving.
  • Salesforce administration experience, including building objects, fields, page layouts, and flows.
  • Demonstrated ownership of implementation work across multiple phases, from requirements through go-live.
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of lending experience, such as loan origination, servicing, CDFI, or alternative lending.
  • Experience in client services in a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Project Lead or Project Management experience.
  • Data Migration experience.
  • Jira experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own assigned implementations day to day, leading clients through the full lifecycle from kickoff through training and go-live.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent client projects.
  • Identify project risks early, discuss mitigation strategies with clients, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare daily and/or weekly status reports, communicate regularly with clients, and obtain feedback and approval throughout configuration.
  • Manage the Jira board for assigned projects, ensuring tickets are prioritized, assigned, and tracked to meet deadlines.
  • Run requirements and configuration working sessions with clients independently.
  • Ask questions to understand client processes end to end, identify gaps, and clarify underlying needs before proposing an approach.
  • Serve as the first line of answers for client questions about FUNDINGO functionality and configuration.
  • Learn the FUNDINGO platform and configure and test standard product functionality, including pages, fields, flows, and layouts, to meet client business needs.
  • Connect business requirements to configuration decisions and consider downstream impacts before making changes.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues independently before escalating, and clearly document issues for the development team when escalation is needed.
  • Write detailed tickets based on gathered requirements, including requirements, acceptance criteria, and relevant details.
  • Guide and assist clients through data conversion and data migration.
  • Develop training and configuration documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Recognize complex, unique, or nonstandard requirements and involve the Solutions Consultant for solution design.
  • Execute solution designs from the Solutions Consultant and keep them informed of implementation progress and issues.
  • Apply recommended implementation patterns and configuration standards consistently across projects.
  • Share client implementation feedback to help improve FUNDINGO products, processes, and templates.
  • Record project time daily for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives defined collaboratively with management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

  • 401(k) with maximum match, vested as you go.
  • 15 paid holidays per year.
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience and market.
  • Full-time role with significant growth potential as FUNDINGO scales.
