Implementation Manager, Enterprise (C1 - B2B)
About The Position
CLEAR is building a secure identity company to make experiences safer and easier, physically and digitally. Its secure identity platform serves more than 43 million Members and a growing global partner network. The Implementation Manager, Enterprise owns the full implementation journey for enterprise partners, from kickoff through launch and beyond. This role ensures partners go live successfully, adopt CLEAR products effectively, and deliver measurable value to their employees and consumers. It serves as the link between partners and CLEAR’s Product, Operations, Engineering, and Legal teams, coordinating technical and operational needs and preparing partners for long-term success. Success is measured by time to launch, adoption milestones, and customer experience at handoff (CSAT).
Requirements
- 5+ years of implementation, onboarding, or program management experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Hands-on experience with consumer-facing applications, identity platforms, and APIs.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering successful technical implementations on time and at scale.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, with a bias for action.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute enterprise partner implementations end-to-end, ensuring on-time, compliant, high-quality launches.
- Coordinate technical and operational requirements for integrations, workflow alignment, and compliance approvals to accelerate time to value.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Engineering, and Legal, to support smooth and timely launches.
- Lead internal and external stakeholders, ensure technical requirements are met and tested at key milestones, and prepare partners for long-term success.
- Train and enable partner teams so they can operationalize and scale CLEAR’s solutions with minimal friction.
- Meet and exceed implementation success metrics, monitor performance, and resolve issues to ensure impact.
- Capture and share best practices to enable repeatable, scalable implementations.
