About The Position
As an Implementation Consultant at Ultimo, you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using the Ultimo EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that are adopted successfully. The role involves leading implementations, not simply executing assigned tasks, and delivering visible customer results within months. You will work on high-impact transformation projects at a fast-growing international SaaS company. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience implementing EAM or CMMS solutions, such as Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM, or similar.
- Enjoy working in a consulting or project-driven environment.
- Understanding of maintenance, asset management, and reliability concepts.
- Ability to combine business insight with technical configuration.
- Confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and comfort working internationally.
- Ownership, proactive working style, and genuine care for customer success.
- Legally authorized to work in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium, and located in the country applied to; sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end EAM implementations, from initial analysis through successful go-live.
- Lead workshops and guide customers toward best-practice asset and maintenance processes.
- Translate business needs into a scalable, high-performing Ultimo configuration.
- Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting in the platform.
- Run multiple projects in parallel while managing scope, quality, and timelines.
- Enable users through training and hands-on support during adoption.
- Collaborate with consulting peers, product teams, and support.
- Share insights and lessons learned to help evolve Ultimo’s implementation approach.
