About The Position
Prime Healthcare is hiring an Immediate Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for its newly integrated 214-bed hospital in Olympia Fields, Illinois. The position delivers fast, accessible care to patients in Chicago’s South Suburbs in a modern outpatient setting. The provider treats walk-in patients of all ages and works with a collaborative team of physicians and staff focused on quality and efficiency. The role offers flexible scheduling, predictable patient volume, and support for the provider’s full scope of practice.
Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant.
- Current Illinois license or eligibility for licensure.
- DEA registration.
- Passion for patient-centered care and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of experience in Urgent Care, Immediate Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate and urgent care for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk-in patients of all ages.
- Perform patient evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures, including suturing, splinting, and other minor procedures.
- Provide patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to support quality and efficient care.
