About The Position

IU Health Arnett Hospital is seeking an Imaging Services Team Lead to oversee daily operations and provide functional guidance to staff in the Diagnostic Radiology department. The position plans workflow and employee assignments, manages scheduling and PTO, supports budget planning, leads charge corrections, and maintains compliance for equipment, staff competencies, and ICAEL accreditation. The lead promotes a team-oriented, service-conscious environment, supports positive interactions with patients and others, and ensures staff are competent to care for patients from pediatric through geriatric. The role also drives process improvement, assists with interviews and evaluations, fosters team development, and maintains operational standards through daily rounding and active leadership.

This is a full-time day position working four 10-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No call or holidays are required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Active Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R), status through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Radiologic Technologist license from the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH).
• Ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when a patient's condition does not permit routine positioning.
