- Own the sales process from first interaction to close
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and retail revenue daily
- Consistently meet—and exceed—individual sales targets
- Turn studio tours into paying members through confident, consultative selling
- Build a strong pipeline through follow-ups, referrals, and outreach
