About The Position

The Hybrid Hot Tub Delivery, Installation, & Warehouse Repair Associate supports customer deliveries, showroom and event moves, warehouse staging, and hot tub repair operations. The role combines hands-on field delivery work with warehouse-based repair, preparation, documentation, and quality-control responsibilities. It requires safe equipment operation, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, professional customer interaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Responsibilities include delivering, moving, installing, positioning, and relocating hot tubs; supporting setup and minor field repairs within the assigned scope; performing warehouse repairs; inspecting, troubleshooting, cleaning, preparing, and staging spas; installing aftermarket accessories; maintaining equipment and work areas; and completing accurate delivery, repair, inventory, and quality-control records. The associate works with delivery teams and supports operational and customer-service needs across customer homes, showrooms, warehouses, and event sites. The position requires a valid driver's license, safe operation of company vehicles and trailers, the ability to read and write in English, and eligibility to work in the United States. The associate must be able to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 150 pounds, work with tools for extended periods, and perform a range of physical tasks. The schedule may vary based on routes, workload, events, showroom needs, and business demand.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles and trailers as required.
Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn hot tub repair processes.
Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, safety procedures, and repair documentation.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and ability to work as part of a team.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Ability to read and write in English.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 150 pounds without complications.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and work with tools for extended periods.
Comfort working outdoors, in warehouses, at customer locations, in showrooms, and at local event sites.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and follow safety expectations.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is preferred; ability to become forklift certified as required by company policy.

Responsibilities

Deliver, move, install, position, and relocate hot tubs at customer homes, showrooms, warehouses, and event sites.
Use approved delivery equipment, including carts, dollies, slip sheets, trailers, and cranes, to complete safe and efficient moves.
Provide a professional customer experience during deliveries, installations, pickups, and service-related visits.
Perform basic setup support and minor field repairs when appropriate and within the assigned scope.
Work with the local delivery team on scheduled deliveries, relocations, pickups, showroom moves, and customer support tasks.
Perform major and minor warehouse hot tub repairs as assigned by Service, Warranty, or Operations leadership.
Inspect, troubleshoot, clean, prepare, repair, and stage spas before delivery, showroom placement, customer pickup, sale, or event use.
Install aftermarket accessories and verify their fit, placement, finish, and completion before release.
Document assigned repair tasks and their preparation and completion.
Maintain housekeeping in warehouse repair areas, staging spaces, vehicles, trailers, and tool storage areas.
Safely operate forklifts, hand tools, power tools, delivery equipment, company vehicles, and trailers in accordance with company expectations.
Inspect and maintain vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment in alignment with safety standards and operating procedures.
Follow written instructions, work orders, delivery notes, repair documentation, and company procedures with attention to detail.
Accurately and promptly complete paperwork, repair notes, delivery records, inventory movement records, data entry, and quality-control documentation.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support department growth, customer satisfaction, safety, and operational success.
