Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
Good standing with the BACB.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
Willingness to complete 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
Top-notch communication skills.
Ability to write reports.
Ability to manage a team.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must submit a transcript showing a Master's degree and BCBA Certification.
Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
Keep TB test and BLS training up-to-date.

Nice To Haves

Experience supervising children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision to technicians, ensuring hands-on learning in real-life sessions.
Conduct in-person field visits and remote supervision.
Manage a caseload of 110 billable standard.
Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration.
Write reports and manage a team effectively.
Work independently with minimal oversight.
Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
