About The Position

Coyne & Associates is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Supervisor for a hybrid role with up to 60% remote supervision. The position combines remote work with in-person field visits and hands-on support. The role offers a manageable caseload, a dedicated scheduling team, monthly team meetings, and professional development and mentorship. Coyne & Associates has about 300 employees and is owned by BCBAs.

The stated pay range is $90,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience. The company provides a MacBook and company iPhone. Employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive-time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay under applicable laws, last-minute cancellation pay, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, and paid sick leave under applicable laws.

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree; applicants must submit a transcript showing the degree and BCBA certification.
• Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
• Maintain three hours of supervision continuing education units each cycle.
• Strong communication skills and report-writing ability.
• Ability to manage a team, meet deadlines, manage time, and work independently with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
• Keep TB testing and BLS training up to date.
• Adhere to HIPAA and applicable safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision in a hybrid format, including in-person field visits and remote supervision.
• Supervise and support technicians working with children in home-based sessions.
• Manage a caseload with a stated 110 billable standard.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and collaborative discussions.
• Prepare reports and manage a team.
