About The Position

Coyne & Associates is hiring a hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to provide supervision through a combination of remote work and in-person field visits. The role offers up to 60% remote supervision and supports children and their families through hands-on, in-home ABA services. The position has a manageable caseload, a dedicated scheduling team, and a monthly team meeting structure. Compensation is $90,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience, with potential eligibility for incentives and other compensation.

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB; applicants without current certification will not be considered.
• Submit a transcript showing a master's degree and BCBA certification.
• Complete BACB Supervisor Training and maintain 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
• Demonstrate strong communication, report-writing, team-management, time-management, and independent-working skills.
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
• Maintain current TB test and BLS training.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ABA services and provide in-person field support as well as remote supervision.
• Manage a team and communicate effectively with staff.
• Prepare reports and meet deadlines while managing time and working with minimal oversight.
• Adhere to HIPAA and applicable safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
• Maintain current TB testing and BLS training.
