HVAC Warranty Technician
About The Position
The HVAC Warranty Technician performs service and diagnostic work on recently repaired or newly installed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring components meet manufacturer specifications and installation standards. The role requires knowledge of residential HVAC installation and retrofit procedures to identify and resolve workmanship, parts, or system-performance issues covered under warranty. The technician works with installation teams and service departments to verify quality, make necessary adjustments or repairs, and support customer satisfaction. The position places a strong emphasis on customer service and includes technical work, collecting payments, providing accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory, and keeping detailed records of warranty work. The technician is dispatched from home and is provided a work vehicle. Travel may be up to 25%.
Requirements
- Knowledge of residential HVAC installation and retrofit procedures.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record that can be maintained.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
