About The Position

Horizon Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Technician to support its team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The technician diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and replaces residential HVAC equipment covered under the company’s Warranty Program while providing an exceptional customer experience. The role also supports quality assurance by documenting service activities, identifying trends, and providing accurate information for performance and quality monitoring. The technician works independently, follows company standards, and uses company-provided training resources for continued professional development.

Requirements

At least 5 years of residential HVAC experience.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
HVAC certification required.
EPA 608 Certification required.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems and equipment.
Perform warranty-related repairs and replacements in accordance with company standards.
Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations and repairs meet Horizon Services’ standards.
Communicate effectively with customers, management, and office staff.
Complete service documentation and required paperwork accurately and promptly.
Use company-provided training resources to continue professional development.
Keep leadership informed of customer concerns, job-site issues, and new developments.
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
Document service activities, identify trends, and provide accurate information to support performance and quality monitoring.
