About The Position

Stellar Home Maintenance is interviewing skilled HVAC Technicians to join their team. This is a 1099 contractor position where technicians can earn on average $60 - $75/hr. No selling is required as work is provided through a network of single-family rental homes and property managers. This role is a great fit for technicians and contractors looking for extra work. Stellar Home Maintenance uses its own app for assigning and completing work orders. The pay for each work order is dependent on the scope of work, and Stellar collects a nominal marketplace fee for each completed work order. Payment is made via direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis.

Requirements
