Adams, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC Apprentices. This position offers a structured, four-year apprenticeship program that combines hands-on field experience with technical training, preparing you for a successful career as a Journeyman HVAC Technician. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Strong work ethic and reliability
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
Ability to work in varying weather and jobsite conditions
Ability to enroll in and complete apprenticeship training requirements

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of professional HVAC experience is preferred, not required
HVAC trade school or technical education preferred
EPA Section 608 Certification required within first year
Experience in construction, maintenance, mechanical, or service trades a plus
Familiarity with HVAC systems and diagnostic tools a plus

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Assist with residential and commercial HVAC installations
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Learn troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Operate HVAC tools, instruments, and testing equipment
Follow OSHA, safety, and industry regulations
Deliver exceptional customer service in the field
Complete required apprenticeship and classroom training requirements
