About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking an HVAC Technician Instructor to teach and mentor students in its HVAC program in East Windsor, Connecticut. The instructor will provide theoretical and hands-on training in a well-equipped facility, using an accredited curriculum to prepare students for HVAC careers and certification exams. The role offers a four-day work week with three-day weekends and support from an established program with strong graduate outcomes. Lincoln Tech has been a provider of career training for 80 years in healthcare, automotive and diesel, skilled trades, and information technology. Requirements

At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
S1 or S2 license, or the ability to obtain an S license.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students.
Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

Teach HVAC technologies following the accredited curriculum.
Conduct hands-on training in the facility.
Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Develop lesson plans aligned with industry standards.
Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices.
Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness.
