About The Position

Lincoln Tech is hiring an HVAC Technician Instructor for its HVAC program in East Windsor, Connecticut. The instructor will teach theoretical and hands-on HVAC training in a well-equipped, climate-controlled facility, preparing students for certification exams and careers in the HVAC industry. The role includes mentoring students, monitoring their progress, and contributing to program effectiveness. The position offers a four-day work week with three-day weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
• S1 or S2 license, or the ability to obtain an S license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC technologies according to the accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in the facility.
• Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
