About The Position

This full-time HVAC Service Technician position involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment, performing preventative maintenance and inspections, documenting service work and recommendations, and communicating with customers and service leadership. The technician may also support installation, retrofit, and small project work, and is responsible for maintaining a company vehicle, tools, and equipment. The role includes local travel within Indiana, and overtime may be required based on service needs.

Requirements

• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read technical documents and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC service experience preferred, with commercial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and associated controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Accurately document service work, findings, and recommendations.
• Communicate with customers and service leadership regarding repairs and equipment status.
• Support installation, retrofit, and small project work as needed.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
