About The Position

Apex Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Project Representative to grow the business with existing and new clients. The role focuses on helping homeowners select appropriate HVAC products and services, delivering a positive customer experience, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment. The representative will build customer trust, develop relationships, convert missed sales opportunities, support referrals, and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

At least 3 years of in-home HVAC sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales targets.
Warm, professional, solutions-focused customer service skills and a personable approach.
Ambitious, goal-oriented, self-motivated, with strong follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Build rapport and trust with homeowners while selling appropriate products and services.
Develop client relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Convert missed opportunities from technicians’ invoices or proposals into closed sales.
Encourage customer enthusiasm for the company and generate referrals.
Stay informed about the local market and customer needs.
