About The Position
Connors Plumbing, Heating & Air is a residential service company specializing in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning and has been in business for over 75 years. The company offers an environment focused on growth, development, and retention and is seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Representative. The representative advises and assists customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale and helps create an attractive environment for customers. The role calls for an energetic, outgoing person with excellent interpersonal skills who can learn the company’s products thoroughly and communicate that knowledge enthusiastically. The goal is to facilitate sales and support sustainable growth. The position is based in Waseca, Minnesota, with travel of up to 25%.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Previous sales experience or HVAC knowledge.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Energetic, outgoing manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
