About The Position

YES! Air Conditioning Heating Plumbing Electric is hiring an HVAC Sales Representative for residential sales in Las Vegas. The role involves meeting with homeowners to assess comfort needs and presenting tailored HVAC system solutions in a consultative sales capacity. Company-generated, pre-set leads are provided, along with installation support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties. The position is full-time and year-round. Bilingual Spanish ability is highlighted as a plus.

Requirements

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs.
