About The Position

YES! Air Conditioning Heating Plumbing Electric is hiring a bilingual (Spanish) In Home HVAC Sales Rep in Las Vegas. The role involves meeting with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and presenting tailored HVAC system solutions in a consultative sales capacity. Company-generated, pre-set warm leads are provided, with no cold calling or canvassing. The position is supported by installation teams, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties. This is full-time, year-round work. Advertised pay is $100,000–$200,000+ annually based on performance, reflecting the average compensation range of top performers; compensation is not guaranteed and any additional compensation will be detailed in an offer letter addendum.

Requirements

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Bilingual Spanish ability is indicated by the job title and posting.

Nice To Haves

• One-call-close experience is strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred, though required in some locations.
