About The Position

Requirements

• At least 4 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• In-field sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to establish rapport with people and respect others and their property.
• Punctuality, reliability, and pride in one's work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HVAC sales in the field and communicate with clients and customers.
• Explain technical information clearly and in layman's terms.
• Train junior team members.
