About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Comfort Advisor for residential HVAC sales in Kissimmee, Florida, with other locations listed in Ocala and Orlando. This is a full-time, year-round role with company-generated, pre-set leads and no cold-calling or canvassing. The Comfort Advisor meets with homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions in a consultative sales role, supported by installation teams, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties. Compensation is commission-based and uncapped; the posting states top performers are currently making over $300,000 annually and gives an average range of $100,000–$200,000. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

• In-home sales experience is strongly preferred.
• One-call-close experience is strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs.
