About The Position

Home Comfort USA is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to meet with prospective customers, evaluate their in-home HVAC systems, and recommend products and services suited to their needs. The role involves explaining HVAC solutions, maintaining current product and industry knowledge, and partnering with installation and service teams to support successful projects and customer satisfaction. The advisor builds customer relationships, records customer interactions and sales activity in a CRM system, and prepares sales reports and forecasts for management. Compensation is commission-based, with anticipated average first-year earnings of $175,000–$275,000, plus possible incentive-plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. Requirements

At least 4 years of sales experience.
In-home sales experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to read and write in English.
Strong decision-making abilities.
Comfort navigating multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences.
Conduct in-home evaluations of existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Explain the features and benefits of HVAC products and services.
Maintain current knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Attend training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.
Collaborate with installation and service teams to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
