About The Position

Dutton Plumbing Cooling, Heating is seeking Home Improvement Consultants to provide an excellent service experience to residential customers and support the company’s growth. The role offers steady, year-round work, weekly technical and service-sales training, financing programs, a fully stocked company truck with replenishment, and support from a manager team. Compensation is commission-based, with anticipated average first-year earnings of $150,000–$200,000. The posted pay range is $100,000–$175,000 per year. Incentive-plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility may also be available. Requirements

At least 2 years of residential sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
