About The Position

Dutton Plumbing Cooling, Heating is seeking a Home Improvement Consultant to provide residential customers with an excellent service experience and support their home improvement needs. The role offers year-round work, twice-weekly technical and service-sales training, financing programs, and support from a management team. The position is commission-based, with anticipated average first-year earnings of $150,000–$200,000. The posted pay range is $100,000–$175,000 per year; compensation information is a good-faith estimate based on location and experience. Incentive-plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility may also be available. The company provides a stocked truck and replenishment program, a company vehicle, gas card, and tablet with Service Titan. Requirements

At least 2 years of residential sales experience.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High ethics and integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to provide an excellent service experience for customers.
Ability to meet the physical demands described, including standing or sitting for portions of the workday, bending, climbing, repetitive motions, kneeling, reaching, squatting, crawling, walking, running, driving, and maneuvering up to 25 pounds.
