We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Comfort Advisor to help homeowners find the right heating and cooling solutions. Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong in-home presentation, communication, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with excellent follow-through.
• An outgoing personality and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• A customer-first mindset built on honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
• Flexibility to meet customers on their schedules.
• A valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC experience is a plus, especially for technicians interested in transitioning into a sales career.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and present recommended solutions.
• Deliver professional, engaging in-home sales presentations.
• Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and exceptional service.
• Close sales and help customers choose the best solutions for their homes.
• Follow up consistently with customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Work leads generated through our in-house marketing team, repeat customers, referrals, and personal prospecting.
• Manage your schedule and sales opportunities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
