The Comfort Advisor acts as a client interface and problem solver. This individual will be responsible for overall effectiveness and profitability of the Installation department. Responsibilities

• Perform in home consultations with customers from Tech generated and Marketed leads.
• Achieve 40% conversion on marketed leads and 60% conversion on tech generated leads.
• Responsible for leading department towards set production, revenue, and profit goals.
• Evaluate the results ensuring that finished product exceeds quality workmanship standards and expectations.
• Follow established processes achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction
• Maintain follow ups for assessment of results.
• Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment.
