About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Comfort Advisor for its residential HVAC sales team in the Orlando, Kissimmee, and Ocala, Florida areas. This full-time, year-round role involves meeting homeowners in their homes, assessing their comfort needs, and presenting tailored HVAC system solutions. The position is consultative, with company-generated, pre-set leads, strong installation support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties. No cold-calling or canvassing is required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

• In-home sales experience is strongly preferred.
• One-call-close experience is strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs.
